design can apply to anything, really. it's all in how it's laid out - colors, fonts, spacing, arrangement of information, navigation, etc... all those things together form the "design" of a site. and it doesn't have to be all custom and fancy for it to have a "sense" of design. some of the best-designed web sites out there don't really even have any images/graphics. |

god. i hope TA v 2.0 doesn't contain any Flash stuff. well the homepage i am cool with, but the Forums section ....... it would be terrible if you would be replying to a post, and then all of a sudden the browser crashes, because of a faulty swf. :whip:
but like lucid said ... design applies to anything. "technically" swamper has made a whole bunch of design changes in the background more than the foreground. who can forget those times when Swamper was trying to fix the search function by messing around with his indices...... :nervous: |

hehe i love technology, computers, and gadgets. i used to be very well versed in most areas of computers and portable gadgets. oh and ive always been into cars(but im not a honda guy. hate them in general!) :)

i just meant that this site is a no bull forum... no fancy little nobs and stuff... but it really dosnt seem to matter that this isnt a sexy looking forum.

hehe yeah most people dont think about that. you cant criticize it if you cant support your criticisms.
and yeah even though it doesnt look hot as i really ing LOVE the simplicity. too many sites are over designed these days. |
