With all due respect to Blank and Jones...they are not even playing the same game as Underworld. Underworld is the best live EDM act I have ever seen. They are dance music legends and respected around the world as leaders and founders of dance music. I saw Underworld play at Ultra Fest in Miami in 2003 and I still say it was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. The fact that only 2 guys can make so much beautiful music just blows me away. I have said it before and I will say it again every DJ should go see Underworld play live....and be embarrassed to call themselves DJs.

Does anyone seriously know what time UNDERWORLD is playing? I know the event starts at 4:30 but there is no way in hell I can make it by that time.
I would like to see Holden, but I am going for UW, really and want to see if its worth it to buy tickets.
I honestly dont think I will be there til 6 bc I work in the bronx til 5. |

No exact times for Underworld yet. All we know is that its Holden and then Underworld, so I think you should be good getting there at 5:00 or so.
As for the original questions...UNDERWORLD all the way. The last time they came stateside was 5 years ago and who knows when they will be back again where as I am sure Blank and Jones will be back this way before Underworld is. |

so is it going to start start at 430pm? usually CP events never **start** till 6pm on-the-dot...or is that only summerstage? Getting there at 430pm used to be to account for parking as well as ensuring a good spot in the crowd.
Holden and Underworld will probably be splitting the time between 6-10pm. Underworld usually spins for about 2 hours right (anyone who have attended their shows before pls answer) |

| underworld no brainer put it this way, if my top 3 djs were spinning all at one place an the very same night underworld is playing id choose underworld plain an simple with b&j u ll prob get a dj set as opposed to a live pa an if you have ever seen their dvd everything, everything i think you would understand why its no contest with them ;) |

I actually think for Cosmic Gate, JooF and Askew being my first webster hall experience, wasn't so bad.
The only bad thing is the dj booth 50 ft high and the sound being a tad bit HIGH [not loud high].
Webster is a good size venue and it got pretty packed tht night.
I agree with Yankee baby about outdoor parties. They haven't been so great and I personally love the club vibe more :p |
