I bought a record off discogs and the bastard has taken my money and run.
Besides giving bad feedback, is there anything I can do? |

Easy then! Log into your paypal account, click the Resolution Centre tab at the top, and start a dispute due to non-receipt. If the seller doesn't respond within 20 days, escalate the dispute to a claim with paypal. The seller will need to provide them with proof that your item was posted. If they can't, you win your cash back. :) |
