Honestly it was the best vibe I have felt at a big venu in Boston since Carl Cox last year (and maybe even since I have lived here).... Jeff ripped, jay ripped, booka shade DESTROYED it.
They may have the entire set planned out b4 and have rehearsed it to ; and yes they probably exaggerated some of their routine (like smacking the cymbal with the towel) but they KILLED IT!!!!
This is what Boston needed! The local scene here is my fav and will always be, but it is sooooo nice and refreshing to rock out to the finest, in a sick environment/venu; with people you haven’t even met before like they are your closest family/friends!...seriously I think I shook everyone’s hand on the dance floor at least once(drunk Scottish idiot)...put it this way, and if I bumped into some one they were glad that I did so because they knew that I was having as good as a time as they were!
Okay enough ranting, I am going to bed with a smile and I hope we can accomplish the same vibe tomorrow night! See some of you guys tomorrow...
