currently using BearShare...

and it sucks ass...

just want to download music...

regular music...

im not a DJ (although i wouldnt mind having a couple of cool tracks)...

and of course hardcore jap bukake

i'm shocked that so many people have never heard of torrents. they've been around for years now and are by far the best option.

yes....the only problem with beatport is that it's extremely addictive, and may lead to bankruptcy, which is impractical if you just want music to listen to. beatport is for for dj's.

you can find a lot of stuff on torrents, tracks, mixes, compilations etc. stuff you can't even find on beatport in some cases. its a pain in the ass finding stuff on torrents though.

i really enjoy downloading mixes...

but also enjoy downloading single tracks (ie. bananarama, etc...)

thats why bearshare was working...

ps. if you guys suggest programs, please provide a link, i have the worst time finding the proper sites

bearshare is horrible, the only thing it's good at is infecting computers with trojans and viruses.

soulseek can be decent, torrents, if you're a DJ then use beatport, there are sites that catalog links to live sets, borrow your friend's external hard drive/ipod, go to a store and buy vinyl....
