Does anyone else have a powerbook g4 that get's insanely hot? I read somewhere that they offer a replacement for the battery or something like that.
Any answers? |

| Take it to your local Apple store and ask. Also, I know there have been firmware updates for the MacBooks that tweak the internal fan settings for better cooling conditions. Might want to check and see if there's any missing updates like that for your Powerbook. |

| also, check to see if there was a recall on your battery. you may have missed the news about that. |
