and yeah.. living with my parents means i really dont need money for anything but partying, so thats why i have a job right now.
and like i said.. 3 weeks of this is worth 8.50 haha |

i know it feels great to get your first full time job, i got mine at the start of this summer at dofasco (you know those big ugly warehouses on the water in hamilton? most of them are dofasco)...
i basically put straps and labels on steel coils, and do things that nobody else wants to do like going into the mill to connect/disconnect hoses that are covered in sludge.. not to mention wearing a hard hat, gloves, wristguards, safety boots in summer heat is just in wonderful. 12 hour rotating day and night shifts, averaging 42 hours a week... it kind of sucks but $16.50/h and getting every other weekend off makes me happy :)
i can't wait until i get kicked out when my contract is over in september though... and find an incredibly easy job at a store nobody goes to or something |

I just moved back home w/ parents and started working full time! lol.
It's great isn't it? I won't tell you how much I make cause i don't want to make you feel bad. |

not too mention the cost of living in upstate new york isn't exactly high. on $8.50 and hour full time you can afford mortgage payments on a house. |

lmao im not excited because its "my first time full job"
ive had other jobs, im just excited because my last one sucked soo bad.
and upstate reality is NOT cheap at all.
check housing in saratoga, NY houses usually start at 350,000 dollars
and plus. im 19, wtf would i be paying for
my parents pay my apartment rent in toronto, i live at home when im here, they pay for gas, they bought the car..
sorry for feeling a little independant with my 8.50 an hour

i wish my parents paid for when i was in highschool and uni. :(
i got 200$ a month from my dad in 2nd year. that was it.
everything else... tuition, books, rent, food, EVERYTHING else in my life ive always had to pay for.
they'd never pay for gas id use, evne when driving their vehicles, i had to contribute for what i was using...
and they'd def never have bought me a car...
ur lucky barbina, REALLY lucky. wow. im so amazed at how generous ur parents are with u. |

still paying them down. my party habbits dont help me at all. i waste so much money coming to toronto like every or every other weekend.
