not really, i like the first one though, second one has too much noise... im just saying that i took them geeze...

i really dont think noise is the issue in the second pic.
its more like your exposure is way too long... widen up the aperture and shorten the exposure. the thing with club lighting is you cannot have long exposures. gnerally exposures longer than 1 second (sometimes half second) is already too much and will cause blurring.

yes wise one. thanks for the tip. i was also borrowing my dads camera for that night so i wasnt very comfortable with it. plus being kinda drunk doesnt help with a steady hand

you can never hold a camera steady enough with a p&s because you dont get to use your head as support as well.. and the way an slr is held (oe hand on grip and other hand on lens) will always be more steady than holding a tiny camera on its edges.

go buy a dslr. they are cheap these days.
i sold my used xt with 18-55 lens for $600 and the guy bought it on the spot.

i was gonna ask u what u did with your xt... i woulda bought it too right on the spot.. oh well. im upgrading at the end of the year before my half back with henrys expires
