The committee needs all the help they can get spreading the word out in your areas: beyond San Francisco, at the colleges when they start and wherever else positive people can be found to join us for an amazing weekend in San Francisco
We're absolutely open to ideas if you have other ways you want to assist - Please help us make this the most fun and successful LoveFest to date!

| does anyone read that email account? i've sent several emails to dave, emily and syd since january up to last month and only one was ever replied to by syd, who said he would forward the message to emily, who still hasn't replied. and i'm still at square one. i've had all the time in the world last month to help out and no one's ever brought me into the fold. |

I've never seen an email from you in that specific account =)
and I've responded to most of those people by now and since the main flyer comes out in a matter of hours .... oh everyone will definitely be getting a response

| well to be fair i was emailing directly to dave and syd's accounts, not promotions@... i emailed dave once last year, he told me to check back in jan, i emailed him again in jan, never got a reply. emailed syd twice last month, got a reply the 2nd time, fwded to emily almost a month ago now, and no reply. |

| A while back I expressed interest in helping out up here in Seattle. You said I should e-mail you, so I did and I also sent an e-mail to [email protected], but I've never heard back. Same thing happened last year. |

| That's an expensive travel deal if I must say! For Quad's a good price, but if someone wants a single hotel room then that's hella expensive! |

im all for helping out. im @ Union city area. a lot of colleges and other places to post up flyers and posters. Please let me know what i can do to help you guys out! |

Jake I responded back to you on March 18th, perhaps you didn't get it because I didn't see a response after that. In any case, I thanked you for your interest and mentioned that I would follow up with you when the material is ready. Which in about 6 hours it will be =)

Yeah I know the main flyer was pushed a week forward since some new sponsors came on board and we wanted to make sure they were represented on this main piece. Most of all Itunes which is giving away download cards to anyone who donates $5 or more. The cards are good for music featured from LoveFest artists. |
