I am not bashing, but Sasha opening the essential mix... that's what it has come to? I mean in all fairness, RAdio 1 did it right because everyone would fall aasleep to that nonsense of aa mix that he did. Sasha sets have become the most boring, dull, loopy-droopy sets out there.
As for the rest of the night, I think the other sets were great. But this Emix just saved a bunch of time and $ on Sasha's North American tour... |

No what I should consider is the fact that this forum is full of a bunch of little kids that really have not ever heard the real Sasha. I quote someone stating that SnD @ Buenos Aires is "Old School SnD"
Both Sasha and Digweed have lost their touch... They are both old and out of it. They play nice tracks, but the tracks are boring and go off on a rant in their sets. There is no meaning behind either of their work. This mix goes nowhere, and it goes there real fast. IF you like it, fine, I am not trying to talk you out of it. I am trying to tell you that you all are being conned. The last meaningful thing Sasha worked on is Involver, and that was mostly Charlie May, Barry J, and others with a Sasha stamp on it.
This Emix is proof that Sasha is losing it. Compare this mix to another mix Sasha has done out of Ibiza before he switched to Ableton. Ableton has made Sasha a lazy, burnt out DJ. The proof is in the pudding.
Stick up for him all you want, because I was also in denial about it. I have seen Sasha well over a hundred times in four different countries. He's toast. I am happy that some of the original fans agree, as well as some of the original fans liking his new style. Good for you guys... but as for me I am done... |
