i love hilton head..i have a condo there...there really isnt much to do in terms of clubs...the one club i used to go to closed. its mainly just sports bars and chill bars and time to relax and get away. if ur looking to go out and get crazy hilton head isnt the place for that...i mainly just go jet skiing, canoeing, parasailing, etc....hope u have a good time...what plantation r u staying in?

My boyfriend's mom has an empty house here, we had some time off... why not? ;) I haven't really found ANY bars except a Wild Wing Cafe... but aside from bars, I'd really just do ANYTHING to keep myself occupied. We walked on the beach tonight, that was nice... and stole some wine glasses from a beachside restaurant ;)

At night time, if you go down to this area called Shelter Cover which is a marina, its cooled off some, the view is great, and one of my favorite mexican restaurants is there called San Miguels! Their food is amazing, atmosphere is great, and their cheese dip is the shiat!

Another cool spot to go to is Harbour Town. If you don't live on this part of Hilton Head, you have to pay a few bucks to get in, but there is usually some kind of live music and a bunch of places for drinks and food. This place called Crazy Crab is kind of overpriced, but their fried fish platter and hush puppies are amazing. During the day you could rent Sea-Doo's and stuff at Harbour Town too which is cool. Other than that, i'd recommend just drinking and hanging by the beach! ;)

Here's a random question for anyone who spends more time at the beach than I do, does anyone know what those tiny little glowing/flashing pearls are that wash on the shore at night? I thought I was crazy when I first saw them, but a few folks did, and NOBODY knew what they were... red tide?
