| Hmmm I saw some guy walking around with I think a Canon Camera and an L-Series Lens from Canon. I knew it from the red stripe near the front of it. I myself used to be very much into that sort of thing but Drew's pictures are always amazing! I remember some guy at Tiesto in 2006 at the Avalon on day 2 was taking pictures and the photographer noticed I had an old record of his that got signed and he took several pictures of me and the record but I have never seen them surface since then... |

That was me with the L lens, probably. I think I was the only one there with one...

I got a 5D base, 580EX II flash, upgraded my 10-22 to a 16-35 II, and got a 15mm Fisheye for special occasions like Tommy Lee (NOT going to use it regularly, maybe as one or two crowd shots max a gallery from now on just for the hell of it). |

Wow those are some upgrades Drew!!!! Why didn't you wait for 7D?
I got my 16-35 II couple weeks ago. My favorite of all my lens.
I also had my 24-70 that night. the reason I said it was probably me was because I don't post my pics. If you had taken the pic for sure it would've been in your gallery. Inspite of all that my HD crashed at the beginging of the year and most pics from last year are gone FOREVER!!! |

Nice pics, quite epic.
15,000 EDM fans paying $50+ to see Tiesto is pretty massive for EDM. In 5 years will we see 50,000 head count events in California at say $35-$40 a ticket?
I think EDM in 10 years will be radically more mainstream than it is now. |
