Software with VST for MAC OS X?

I am currently using Reason for making music.
But I would also like to use some cool VST synths (and maybe I could totally transfer to use the new program if it's very good, or use it for VSTs and Reason on side).
With Reason I can't use the VSTs :(
So is there some program you think is good + "easy" to use with VSTs?
By-the-way, I have Mac OS X, so FruityLoops doesn't work for me... |

| Cubase and Live are your only options. There's supposed to be a Mac version of Reaper coming out at the end of this year, though. So yea, those are your options. |

From Simplicity 's point of view: ABLETON < CUBASE < LOGIC
From being a Good DAW :ABLETON=CUBASE=LOGIC
From my point of view : ABLETON |

| cubase studio 4. if you get it in the academic version and it is cheapest of all 3 and you get all the important features of cubase. ;) |

Thanx for helping :D
I didn't know that Cubase is way more expencive than Ableton Live...
I always thought that Ableton is the most expencive :eyes:
I don't quite understand the Cubase academic version...? |
