Meh. Glaude would be the only good thing to see on that float. At least I get a chance to see him on it, now that they've gone and done this to the once-gorgeous Listed float...

I think it was mentioned somewhere that on Lees myspace it said he would be on at 3PM. We can only open that from 3 'til the end is where the madness occurs with the three of them. |

Yes please!!!!! the only complaint I have had over the years is the lack of set times!!!!!
I know its a little different than a normal party/club but please give us some direction as to whom is playing when!!!

if infected is on a float - there will be no one at other floats. IM will tear it up. Thing is IM charge per either a 90 minute set or a 3 hour live and dj set. Also the set is usually thought of ahead of time so they can mix well live. That said, it might be that the set will be the same outdoors as indoors and will dissapoint people.
Hope something gets worked out though for these guys on a float. |

The foremost thing I would suggest is contacting the organizers of the float and asking them about their timeslots, closer to the day of.
In a simple world, we can just ask every organizer to submit the times, paste them all together and share them with everyone. Unfortunately it isn't that easy.
There are so many variables, that even if there were timeslots - they'll change for sure some floats.
Since the event obviously takes place during the day, that means artists playing have to fly in much earlier and some have to be transported directly to the event. What if the flight is delayed, what if there's traffic? Sometimes he or she is so overwhelmed with travelling that they request to have their slot switched with someone who is already on site, so they can have a quick rest at their hotel etc etc etc
Just over the past weekend running into a lot of these float organizers, not a single one of them had their set arrangement in place. A general idea at best but nothing they're willing to confirm and release.
Make a day of it, visit all the floats introduce yourself to the organizers. Just go and have fun =)
If the schedules from every float come together sooner than later. I'll be happy to compile it into a simple reference you can print out. |
