Seriously talking, it's a Finnish guy (and I'm NOT proud of that, believe me :( ) known as ^^Joltzi^^, who once put his pic(s), at least that one, into a finnish gallery website called IRC-Galleria. It's aimed for people who IRC so they can.. well, put pics in there and comment each other's pics.
He became well known pretty quickly, which isn't very surprising...
