This is another one of those Benson & Hedges events. Jet to Ibiza to be precise. I doubt it will be held in the Guv, likely in Kool Haus..
Steve Lawler was ranked #9 in the world, he plays twisted/tribal house and is a VERY, VERY good dj.

CANNOT wait for this!!! Steve Lawler is such a fantastic Dj, able to pound out massive basslines without being boring. His set last Sept. at System was one of the best I've ever heard in my life and his sets at Element were phenominal as well! Cannot wait to see him again and am dying to hear his new track which is to be released on Bedrock as well.
As for Satoshi, I definetely want to see him again, his technical skills are truly awesome when in action, tight, tight mixes constantly and his music collection is second to none. Granted his last set here in TO at system was ASS (I mean that fact that he was able to create a set that rose slowly for 6 hours is quite a feat. But when you start pulling out the big tracks and pounding it at 6:30 in the morning when most people have left due to boredom your not doing something right) |

Steve Lawler is my fav intl dj in the world. I love his music, ive seen him twice before. Once in the basement of Element Bar (craziest set I have ever heard in my life) and once @ System Soundbar. Ive been waiting for him to come back to Toronto for the longest time and ive been dying to hear him play out on a BIG SOUNDSYTEM!!! I want to see him rock the out of that room and I have no reason to believe he wont do so on the 14th either. I cant wait, the only thing that kinda sucks about that night is that he most likely wont play for that long, it would be nice if he could do at least a 4+ hour set but I wont complain. At least I get to see him...
im even thinking of driving up to Montreal the night after to see Lawler play @ Aria alongside ERICK MORILLO!!!
that would be a party and a half, in my opinion the 2 BEST HOUSE DJS IN THE WORLD!!! |
