most new producers dont know the first thing about what makes a good trance song. too much effort being put into production, not enough into composition imo.
that said, its still lightyears better than prog. |

i had a pretty massive discussion with nichol over this same topic... i compare now, to this time last year and the tracks are heaps different.
im not saying its or anything im just finding the material has changed... im in the mood for emmotional stimulation, and im finding everything to be getting chunkier and funkier with only a few good real trance tracks out there... maybe the end of the year will see the release of some massive
it is because of this reason im noticing im moving towards some very trancy prog type stuff which is doin it for me these days
in regards to anthem... i didnt realise so many people dislike it
