Just to clarify: The law sees a husband and wife as 1 legal entity and there have only been a few cases where a woman claiming that her husband has raped her that worked. Most of them were during separations where they arent divorced and the husband comes back and rapes her at night after like 3 weeks and even then it was a hard one to win.
If you are married and living with her I would find it 99% chance that ruphie and rape would be thrown out of court. Plus, the good date rape drugs are out of your system in as little as 8 hours now so unless she goes and gets tested she will not have a case.
