ugh, what's horrible at my job is that every friday, this lady brings all this damn junk food which the company pays for. this bitch brings cake and all this fattening . i should kill her. maybe not. she's nice.

I try. I mean there are days that I am way to busy to eat more than 2 times a day. I have excellent eating habits, it's such a shame that someone thinks, because you eat well during the day that "G YOU MUST BE FAT BECAUSE EYOU EAT A LOT". I eat this way to PREVENT eating so much at ONE sitting.

I like to eat the same way...generaly I eat a small 'A' meal and then have a protein shake for my 'b' meal...every 2.5 hours...

Either that or my diet consists of Diet coke and cigarettes....

6-8 times a day. I tend to eat more small meals instead of less big meals. Keeps my metabolism fast.

Like a ing beast my niggaz.

5 big meals a day. with 2 protein shakes before and after workout. I make sure to swallow 18 eggs a day. 6 in each glass after heating them for about 2 minutes(a.k.a. Hercules diet). I eat salmon or other forms of fish usually 3 times a week. One of my favorite snacks is Albacore tuna sandwich with almonds on the side. Also a fast food killer at times, I'm crazy for the grande quesadillas and the new Wendy's Baconator.

Pretty much, I eat every three hours; whatever my body tells me it needs. 9 times out of 10, it tells me 2:1 carbs to protein, in whatever form I feel like to keep it mixed up.

18 whole eggs?
if you are digesting 18 whole eggs you are 2 weeks from a heart attack
1 egg yolk contains your ENTIRE daily need of cholesterol, so you are multiplying your daily cholesterol by 17, then add on any other you eat (baconator)
also, fish 3x a week + your tuna intake, thats not very healthy either (mercury)

also, if you are taking 18 whole eggs, 1 serving of tuna, and 2 protein shakes, added in anything else, your protein intake is ridiculous
i hope you drink a lot of water or bye bye kidneys

I drink 6 per glass , morning afternoon and dinner. This is a normal routine for a body builder. I'm not professional but I've been on the egg diet for at least 8 months now and I'm good. I'm almost 250 pounds right now and 6"2", My body has no problem handling this diet. I could add cottage cheese to my diet but I'm not trying to get any bigger right now. I'm planning on cutting down to around a dozen eggs a day soon. This diet would give small dudes health problems, but not me, I'm a ing bear (what my little brother calls me) :haha:
