Following the competition closure, I’ve polished up my entry a little so here’s a little sample in all her uplifting and energetic glory.

I’ve taken the best bits of my previous stuff and worked to bring in a classic kind of trance lead sound to carry the melody also put in a massive bass-heavy dirty break to spice things up a little.
The remix pack contained some great elements but listening to the Firewall Mix, my only criticism was that that while the mix itself stands up well, that stunningly beautiful main melody just wasn’t used to its full potential, so that’s what I concentrated on.
With a million remixes surfacing around now along with the signed mixes, I can’t see Lange being too keen on saturating the market before the official release has had a chance to make some money for them, hence the strict copyright terms and conditions of the competition. However, if I get the green light then I’ll share the full track.

Sounds massive, mate. Will be a bomb on the dancefloor..
I'd take a closer look to the final mastering though, the track is missing some important mid frequencies and it sounds a bit cramped at some points because of the compression.
Overall this is a great effort. |

Thanks for your replies guys. Unfortunately, its a no from Lange. Understandable, because I wouldn't want a hundred unsigned remixes of my brand new track popping up all over the net at the same time as the official release either.

I can play it out but it can't be made available for download so I'll give it a spin next time I play out and we'll see how she sounds turned up LOUD! In any case, maybe I'll take it back in and rework into a new original track as I'm really pleased with some of the elements.
