well you're quoting me on that one so i'm not sure which point you're trying to prove. My company is a channel management firm but *I* think we're closer to being a call center, all channel management firms are and have to be by nature. I'd think it's more accurate to say the nature of our call center is channel management than to say our Channel Management Firm's primary method of channel management is to utilize our call center.
Call it what it is :rolleyes:
