You got dressed up to go to The Melting Pot?
They have very good food there and are definitely a notch above many restaurants, but it's not exactly a place I would really say dressing up is necessary. Perhaps I am merely an uncouth scallawag. |

it was for my birthday and it was 130 bucks for me and my girlfriend.
Its in a nice part of town and this ones pretty upscale. Everyone else was dressed up as well. |

ya iv been there and i always go dressed normally. |

I felt a bit out of place wearing jeans a button up and a coat :p
It's not super expensive and upscale, but people tend to dress pretty nicely. Dress shirts and ties were everywhere. |

Well that really makes sense then. I've been there three times, but it was all at the same location and all three times I went, I and the person I went with were the only ones there. :wtf:
So I really don't have a precedent for appropriate Melting Pot attire. :P |
