around that time it should be ok-- i never really parked further than 2-3 blocks away at the most. usually easier to find parking on the side streets rather than the avenues, but you never know.

btw I disagree, I find it is easier to find parking on the avenues and not on the side streets, on 1st, 2nd, 3rd ave between 13th and 9th or so - I always find a spot somewhere there. It's never a problem. |
