Since you didnt post samples or links I have no clue who Daniel Kandi is or what this bassline of his sounds like.

But since your asking.
You need just about any synth... then add skill + understanding.

Your going to need a fire proof jacket as well.

Daniel kandi uses Propellerheads Reason, so no need for hardware for his basslines.
Wich bassline are you refering to? There are different basslines in his tracks..

PS. This question has been asked here before, don't know if there
was some valueble answers in that thread though, so as always.. try the search button first...

Sorry my english is not realy good...

I work in Fl Studio 7,and try to make good Arp bass with Z3ta,Nexus...but that never sound like Daniel or A&B,so I think to by some hardwer instrument...Is that good?

thanks

well, most of the time sounds that are produced on hardware can be achievable with vsts. a track with nice sounding basslines does not necessarily mean they're done by hardware. there are ways to make bassline sound nice, e.g. use suitable fx'es or layer them; it's not necessarily nice = hardware :)

UpliftingDeejay: Did you even read my post a few replies up the page?
Anyway.. As I said, Daniel uses Propellerheads Reason only (Wich is software..) So allmost any VSTi would do just fine for replicating this, no need for hardware here.. you just gotta learn how to tweak your stuff and add the right FX etc.. You mentioned that you owned Z3ta+, that synth is very powerfull (allthough pretty hard to handle if your not very in to tweak youself..) but that synth is more then capable to create Kandi-sounding bass-sounds.

Reason is now VST plugin compatible?

No? Where did I imply that?

(If you use rewire with cubase etc. it is though..)

I misunderstood then.
I used Rewire with FL once, and it was incredibly slow for me, so I've abandoned my efforts
