The Substance crew are back in full effect, Version 2.0 see’s the resident’s all locked and reloaded for a night of DJ battles that will rock the foundations of the Soft Belly Bar. In keeping with our traditions of inviting in guests we welcome back to the decks DJ Kelsta (Hard Kandy, Frantic). Noted for her femme fatale hard dance antics over the years, Kelsta will be Exploring her minimal tech side as she does battle with Speedy. But wait - theres still more!! Also add to that, the australian reknowned, and one of melbournes finest - St Luke, playing an exclusive VS set and venturing into an unfamiliar musical spectrum.
“Breaks by the pool” delivers two monumental decks and effects sets. First off we present “Uber Maneuver” which features our two residents Rich OK and Blinky. As well as that we deliver the heavenly combination of J-Slyde and Right Hook – bringing to the table an insane VS style mash up with 2 mixers, 4 decks and effects.
With the most upfront breaks, electro, tech, prog and trance in Melbourne and a crew that throw parties to remember, if you missed the first saga you won’t wanna miss the next….. OH AND ITS FREE! Really good D'man, been spending time on the decks, getting Uber Maneuver sorted with Blinky. It will either be en mad, or could go completely sideways, guess we'll find out next week!
