ok, I live in canada , and i find it expensive for the most part to shop online for vinyl. I have only purchased 2 records online. one from dotvinyl (Lizard vs Camisra) and bassfly (micheal woods remix and 3 others on 2 vinyl). the lizard was $27 cdn total, and bassfly was $44 cdn , and i had to pay like $8 to the post office.. that is insane. So my question is, who does this regularly? Is buying vinyl in larger quantity cheaper? do i need to stay away from the Uk sites? any input on this would be great.. thanks

| Any time i buy 12' online i buy a bunch at once. Saves on shipping. also There is some records stores in canada . i think http://www.memrecords.com/ is there might be a little cheaper for you. If i buy local i pay about 10$ a record. If i buy online from the uk it's about $6.25 + shipping. The first record they charge a lot for shipping, past that it goes down so that once you add the cost of the record and the shipping it's less then 10$... soo buy bulk and save a few bucks. |
