yes :whip: south Florida sucks for housing costs if u want to live in a decent place. Im in an upscale community, but this is my last year of renting...I'll be buying me a house once the lease is up. |

That's because you live in the South you lucky dog, I'm renting a 2 story house here in a upscale suburb here in Michigan for only $1,100 a month with no responsibility for taxes. My total bills come out to a little over $2,000 but it's not really that bad. I've learned to put away money every week since I was 16 and the inheritance I've received from my deceised uncle helped a lot. My bumb ass cousin has been living here with his friend and they help out whenever they can :rolleyes:. Living on your own away from family is great , you don't have to worry about constant visits from douchebag inlaws and I smoke indoors and walk around my crib in boxers.
I could buy a 4 bedroom home in detroit for around 13 grand, but who the wants to live there. |
