Hmmm, I wouldn't really consider the Burrito a true Mexican dish, in fact in all the times I have ever been in Mexico, cental and south, I've never seen a burrito on a menu. As for Mexico, I would say Tamales Veracruzanos. Spain-Paella, Venezuela- Guasacaca, Tostones (Popular in a lot of latin american countries), or anything made from plantains.:)
