The things are sold as is a load of crap.
It's basically used as a sleep aid. It's the non-tylenol ingredient in Tylenol PM... but you want to avoid the tylenol, since your liver is under stress, so you should go straight for the benedryl. Look at the active ingredients containing only "diphenhydramine". Like I said, 50-100mg...
When I used to tweek for several days, and I wanted to sleep, I'd just do something while it wore off... produce music, go for a walk, jerk off, whatever floats your boat. If that fails, I'd have a glass of red wine... reverses the amphetamine high full stop, but it also can make life even trippier than it already is after being awake for multiple days. |
