I am really into this track, but I can't seem to find anywhere to purchase it in CD-quality. No downloads, no CDs, nothing--it's vinyl or GTFO. Anyone have a line on one of the CDR promos? It seems a bit absurd, in this day and age, to have no other choice than vinyl.
Here is what I'm talking about :

It isn't as rare as you think. Another one that will never see a digital release of the top of my head is Beck-Cellphone's Dead (Villalobos and an Ellen Allien remix omg).
You don't need to play records anymore, but if you think everything will be on beatport on some time..nope. Some of the best tracks aren't available digitally. Labels do everything to get people to buy wax. For the price it costs to put them out, they wouldn't bother if they just tossed them in the mp3 cesspool. Everyone says Vinyl is dead, but those who buy it and play it have an advantage over those that don't. (earlier releases, exclusivity ect.) I also love this record.
