DATE: Saturday September 1, 12pm-11pm, rain or shine.
LOCATION & DIRECTIONS: For security reasons, won't be announced until Aug 31, but it is in town and very accessible by TTC.
DONATIONS: A $10 donation is requested to help cover costs for the rentals, permits, & insurance. **ONLY GIVE DONATIONS TO NATHALIE (TATGIRL) OR MARGARET (STEREO PRINCESS)- THEY ARE THE OFFICIAL KEEPERS OF THE CASH**
Food & beverage donations are also encouraged, as we all need to eat and drink.
WHATS PROVIDED: I will supply hamburger & hot dog buns, plates, forks, cups & napkins. No need to bring these items. An industrial grill, coolers, possibly a refrigerator, urinal for the boys, & potties for the girls will be on site. Not to mention all the good tunes!
Please party responsibly, and get home safely.

9:30-11- Dan Armstrong (trance in your pants)
A live video & audio feed will be provided by Hier7 and Beanfield.

-If you plan to drive, you can park on Carlaw, Riverdale, or in the No Frills parking lot. Please dont drink and drive.
-If you plan to take the TTC, the closest subway is Pape Stn, and then take the Pape Bus #72 and get off at the 1st stop on Carlaw, and go east on Langley.
-If taking the College/ Gerrard streetcar, get off at Gerrard & Carlaw, then walk up Carlaw, 1st right after the No Frills is Langley Ave.
-If taking the Queen streetcar, get off at Carlaw, and take the #72 Pape bus north to the No Frills, get off, 1st right after the No Frills is Langley Ave.
VOLUNTEERING INFO
Volunteer positions we are set with so far:
-Sat. morning set up- 10am: English Rachel, Pottsie, Provocative_boi, Dr. DAS, TrickDaddE (anyone else that wants to come by, feel free to do so)
-Party Marshals : Margaret & RJ
-BBQ'ers (in shifts): Shanny + his homies
-Money collection- Nathalie & Margaret
-Name tag writers: English Rachel, yankeebaby
-Drink Marshals: El K Dee, Time2Burn, SasH21, concupisys
We need volunteers for the following positions:
-Clean up crew throughout the day (replace garbage/ recycling bags) (need 4 in total, 2 shifts): (none so far??)
-Break down/clean up crew- 11pm (need 7 more): fayraree

This annual BBQ is not to be missed... so many friends, so much great music, so many memories that live on forever happen at this event each year!
That its going to likley be the last one (hosted by our Tatgirl anyways) only makes it that much MORE special this year!! :D :)
Yall will see me there. Cannot wait. I'm so excited for it. |
