pioneer djs software trial problem

i have downloaded the trial version to check this out but when i try and play a track it just stutters, can anyone help me out?

Well, anything really. You didn't really say much of anything there.
Computer specs would be a good start, and maybe telling how it stutters. |

| my computer is not the problem. its like i drag a track into the player then press play and i cant even recognise what song it is, it stutters really bad. Im not sure what else i can say to describe it. its really annoying me. |
