Thank you Mr. Rodgers.

Mr.Mystery
I'm grabbing this, feedback to follow after I've gone through all the music I just got...
Mr.Mystery
Ah screw it, I'm taking a listen right now.

What did you encode the file with? There's something odd about it, my WinAmp timer keeps jumping all over the place and the playlist claims it to be over 11 mins long :wtf:
Oh, and ID3 tags would be nice in the future too ;)

Enough nagging, let's get to the point...

Nice pads in the opening, though you might want to add a more bassy pad in the background there. I like the percs that fade in. This reminds me of something but I can't quite place it... maybe I'm just thinking of that The Orb CD I was just listening to, very similar vibe.

Here comes the sitar and the beat. Extremely nice. I'm still thinking this could use a low humming bassline.

I have to say I'm quite impressed. This track could easily had been twice the length and it wouldn't had felt too long - in fact, it kinda felt like it ended just as it got going the way it is now. I can't say I remember listening to your stuff before but this is a keeper

I have 47 mins :/

Listening..

I'd agree with Mr Mystery's idea about the bass pad in the intro, otherwise, very cool ambient intro. Birds and rain are a nice touch.

You can never get enough congas :D

Love that sitar... where's it going!! Come baaack!

That can't be the end?

humming bass +1 - heavily filtered saw with LFO on 16ths or something similar

Cool track

Thank you for the replies and comments. I agree. It isn't finished, and I had plans for something bassy in the beginning.

The sitar would definately come back. Sometimes I get scared when I make a track. Because what if it doesn't go the right direction? Anyway. I will continue to work on it.

Again, thank you for the feedback.

Yea. Mr. Mystery, I was drunk when I encoded the MP3, i used some crap VBR setting in Audacity, and didn't bother to tag it.

Next version will have all the details :)
