I've been on both sides of this coin so I understand where you are coming from Myra, but let's not jump to conclusions ok. Maybe he genuinely is interested in rekindling the friendship (without an agenda) and is completely going about it the wrong way. Be upfront, tell him even after you've told him countless times. Say what you feel because if you mask it any other way (better or worse) there will be a line to which you or him have crossed. If you are upfront and express how you truly feel, ask him to understand and if he doesn't then you bring up your conversation and make it exemplary. If he does understand, then you as a good friend should stay to your word and follow up when time is free. This all goes giving the fact that you tell him this this and this makes me think this this and this...you do this and that, i think that. I want this right now do you understand yadda yadda yadda. Distance and time away can obscure a persons perception as to what they think they believe how a person is.
I've been living with a few words to help me get through times of frusturation: Balance, Breathe, Focus, Relax. I'm sure you know how to handle this the best way..
btw Rob was the one who got me on the balance thing heh as odd as it sounds I'm preaching it now. All is good on the home front, besides NY misses you! heh

yeah it's not like we ever stopped being friends... but ever since i left NY its just a lot harder to stay in touch with people back there. i've got my own thing going on and they're doing their thing, and sometimes i won't talk to them for a few months. it's not like i can just call him up and be like "hey i'm busy now, but let's chill this weekend" ya know?
