agreed, the only one of those videos that I actually thought was a good track, there wasn't all that fluffy noise, a solid bassline and a kick drum does the trick, what song is that? also like to know what rmx of hide and seek vid 10 is if anyone knows. |

We got there shortly after 1am....got our comps and for some stupid ass reason the security guy at the door made us stand off to the side saying they were not letting anybody else in for awhile.....about ten minutes pass and another security guy asks us why we are standing there....we told him we already had our comps in hand and he said well then go in already.:rolleyes: Place was pretty rammed in the main room....thank god our friends had a table to the left of the booth. Tiesto did not disappoint at all....he actually impressed me. I'm not a big fan of his recent albums or sets but there were only a few tracks I could have gone without hearing. Was pretty sick when Mike Massive got in the booth and asked Tij to drop some Sean Tyas and a few tracks later he dropped Lift.....needless the to say the place went bizerk. Can't really say much for the crowd because we didn't really have to deal with being on the dance floor but I will say that place was dripping with eye candy.:crazy: The venue was actually a lot bigger than I expected. I had a blast and made some new friends so that's what really matters.:toothless

There was either cop cars in front of the club or a fire marshall in the lobby that is why they held you up. People don't understand how hard it is to actually do something decent in the Hamptons. The Cops, and fire marshalls basically control everything the club can do.
On the other hand those of you that have never been to a party on Long Island or should I say a decent party on Long Island need to check themselves. We are not all Italian and all not spikey haired Guidos. I myself for the past few years have been involved with a team of others to bring decent names to the Long Island area; The Low End Specialists, Robbie Rivera, Deep Dish, Tenaglia (Before he sold out), Roger Sanchez as well as many other names. For trance fans I know it's not Johan Gielen, or Above and Beyond, or a slew of other names but it is certianly better than some random 50 doallar a night Johnny MP3.
Last week another club in the area had Cevin Fisher spin, it was as good if not a better party than most parties I have been to in Manhattan lateley. |
