Rainbow Bridge
Audiopilots / Fiberline

Rainbow Bridge is none other than the prolific and talented Jeff Paymaster of Florida. Emerging from the rich and musically creative southeast, Jeff is the master of the sample remix. His underground remixes have made it across the globe and, to this day, continue to rock clubs and parties. Experimental, forward-reaching break beats, vocal tweaks, and bone-shuddering sub-bass are some of the more pronounced elements Jeff works into his music. He first exploded into national prominence with 1991's rave classic, "LSD is The Bomb, which climbed to the number eight slot on Billboard's dance chart and received MTV attention.
Since then, twelve records have been released and countless tracks have been recorded. Jeff's live shows emphasize a constant flow of new inspirations in electronic grooves. He strives to keep creative and vibrant expression in his live and recorded work. His tracks have touched upon many styles, ranging from hard breaks, drum and bass, house and experimental techno.
Jeff has a wide assortment of influences and has worked with a wide array of notable artists including Lady Miss K Keir of Dee Lite, Perry Farrell and Paul Oakenfold. The man of many styles you never know what to expect from him next, so keep an eye open and an ear to the speaker as Jeff takes it to the next level!
R.A.W.
Tribe Steppaz UK / Lo Dubs / Bootshake UK

R.A.W. a.k.a. BBOY3000 has been a legend in the Los Angeles dance music scene for the last 15 years. Originally a hip-hop DJ and producer, his career has spanned the current history of dance music from electro, to hip hop, to techno, to drum and bass. With an impressive discography featuring 28 vinyl releases, and 8 CD releases on labels such as Warner Bros, Priority, his own Void Audio imprint, not to mention the tens of thousands of mix tapes sold in his DJ career, RAW he continues to be one of the most influential and sought after turntable technicians and producers in the US.
His story goes back to the days of breakin' and poppin'. In '86 he experimented with drum machines and synths to create electro style tracks and later joined Brooklyn MC Silkskii to release a hip hop single and video called Depression '99 under the name Project X. Yet, he chose to spend most of his time spinning on the radio, various high schools and engaging in many DJ battles which has given him his inimitable style and arsenal of battle weapons.
In 1991, R.A.W. stepped into the underground techno scene and brought with him an entirely different sound. Heavy basslines, razor-sharp scratching, and reggae/hip hop lyrics mixed flawlessly, has made him a crowd favorite anywhere he plays. R.A.W.'s hard-driving mixes stay true to his b-boy roots, with a fusion of dance floor and battle styles that distinguishes him as a DJ that not only makes the crowd move, but one with serious turntablist skills as well.

Yes, last year was mainly DnB/Jungle at night, with Hip Hop acts and rock bands performing during the day, all on one stage.
This year we are doing two stages, one dedicated to Jungle/DnB and the other strictly the softer side of EDM, e.g. House, Breaks, Electro, and Trance. So, definitely something for everyone.
Obviously R.A.W. is headlining the Jungle stage. Just waiting on an official bio and pic before I release the name of the other stage's headliner. Absolute quality talent you guys will love, trust me :) Should be making the announcement any day. Check back soon! |

we do have some pics up on our website www.damagingsound.com
unfortunately our cameraperson spent up all their film and sobriety before things really started, so there isn't much of the crowd or performers. lesson learned there, got a professional crew coming out this time
you can get some idea of the production quality though
definitely try to make it this year, its going to be one for the history books, count on it!
also, BUMP for new flyer and line up announcement |
