   whatever :)
I am a huge NCAA Football fan but I gotta follow my teams (East Carolina, yes they are Div 1-AA but that's my school so I gotta pull for them)and the Oregon Ducks (have no reason to like them other then they are the Ducks lol) other then that I can sit down and watch ANY college football game and love it. For some reason the second those kids go to the NFL all the passion and heart go out of them but when they are playing college ball it truly is blood, sweat and tears on the field and I love them for it.
Nothing better then a Saturday watching two college rivals go at it. |

haha mere you are getting worse and worse because Albany is D1 and has won the eastern small division twice while I was in school and (I believe) once since I have left (not that I care but at least you have the info now). And thats from only being in division one for like 6 years or so. My dorm neighbor in college was actually on the team, so I was updated quite frequently by his frat-boy outbursts upon returning from the championships.... Do I cheer for albs? sure, its my alma mater so why not? are they good...yes, but not on the same level as the larger schools by any means.
I love you but you are a giants fan and should stick to that because obviously I have a better reason for loving the IRISH than you do your DUCKS!! so no trash talking!!!!:haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: |

My grandfather went to ND and his sons (my uncles) were also alma maters of the school...plus (him being off-the-boat-cant-under-stand-his-irish-accent-hardcore-irish-lover) he was a huge fan of the team and what it represented.....he made us watch them every weekend. Kinda like my dad with the yankees. We were forced to be fans and I grew up to love them. We were disowned otherwise (whats with our families and their obsessions with sports teams, mere????)
Anyways, I win. Your excuse sucks now pick a real team or concentrate on whooping the nyta boys asses in pro football. (I admit I have a ty excuse for a likin my pro team: my mom asked me which team I liked when I was real young, and I like B-Lo's colors better so I picked them. You win in the pro debate. |

Ladies discussing football - TA is pure class!
I love NCAA football - making a pilgrimage to Austin in September to see my beloved 'horns. Can't Wait |

Okay you win for the college ball...I like the ducks cause they are the Ducks and I saw a game of there's one night when I was in college and they had on these awful green unifroms (with like 14 different colors of spandax green) and then the grass field was cut in different directions for even more green and I was like damn if I can hate green this much and green is my favorite color well I have to support the boys for no other reason then they are the FREAKIN DUCKS and they have the uglist uniforms I have ever seen. So no not a great reason to like them, but I have followed them ever since. (disclaimer: I was stoned and drunk watching the game but the Ducks are a great team regardless) |

green is an irish color, you are better off cheering for a real team with real tradition other than the way the lawn mover cuts the grass.
