Are you all idiots, and just throwing at him for the sake of it? Where's the point in solving an exercise if in the end you can't check if you got the correct answer or not? The ideal way is not to look at the solution at the start, do the exercise normally and then check if you got it right. If you got it wrong, re-do the exercise until you understand where you ed up. This method worked pretty well with me.. |
thank you. someone that gets it.
i think most people are just mad because this wasnt around when they went to school and had to suffer a bit more.
edit: hell im mad i went through 3 years before i figured this out. :( but still better late than never. |

my god, how would i have gotten as far as i did without your wonderful advice?? give it a rest buddy. i know how to study, and i dont use the solutions manual to make my life easier. its just another reference. just like the professors office hours or tutoring or a study group.
and please, pick up an engineering textbook, try to figure out a problem, then look at the back of the book and see how much that helps. its not always so simple. :rolleyes: |

Uh, that's not true at all, lol. Most of my textbooks have an answers section, and if they don't..the study guides that come with them do. |

I didn't say that was the correct solution lol, I was making a reference to people being insecure with simple math; and of course it's undefined, what number multiplied by 0 gives you 2?;)

ok ... "buddy" ;
I don't give a whether or not you do well in school, it's just the principle of choosing the easy way out generally that pisses me off ... but w/e, moving on...
