| has anyone seen this guy? hes always around downtown and he wears a business suit, slicks back his hair and always has a breifcase with him. he has different story everytime. the most comon one he uses is that he has a liter of gas left in his car, he has to get to high 401 and he lost his wallet. |

I've seen that guy dozens of times.
Aside from his poorly tailored suit, he doesn't look like he needs money.
He's precisely the reason why I refuse to give my money to any panhandlers. |
