I need your help PLEASE!!
I spilled some beer on my iBook last Saturday. I wiped it off and shut it down almost immediately - maybe about 30 seconds later. I then was told I could rinse it off by running just the keypad under some water, let it dry for a few days and it should be okay. I did this, waited four days, and everything is working just fine except for the keypad. I then remembered I have an older iBook - a 12" G3 from about 6 years ago. Could I switch the keypads? Would the older one be compatible with my newer 3 year old 14" G4 iBook??? Please help!! |

You would be better off asking these questions to the mac tech support. I spilled coffee over my dell laptop once, and had to replace the keyboard.
They come cheap. At least the dell ones do ($ 20 including shipping) |

Apple wouldn't do that to you. It typically rings right through to a human after u choose a few options. this isn't your typical 'computer' company. |
