Blue Amazon question

I'm about to buy Blue Amazon's album Javelin, but I have a question for anyone who has it. On the 12" of Star of David it says of both tracks "taken from the forthcoming album Javelin".

However, Discogs tells me the only version of the album that has those tracks is the Australian version, which I can't get. This has pissed me off a little because Star of David is a ing brilliant track and it looks like I won't be able to get it. So my question is: do the tracks from the 12" feature on the album in a renamed/altered form, or was the "Taken from the album" note on the single premature, and neither track ultimately made the cut?

goto blue-amazon.com and ask him. He's fairly active on the internet and has responded to a question of mine recently

a while ago I also wanted Javelin with Star of David on. But it seems its in impossible to find that Australian reelease since the label is defunct. :(

J, did you ever manage to find an Australian copy of this album? How difficult was that? Or did you use an mp3 for Star of David in your Epic 3 mix?

Apologies if this is a bit of a blast from the past, but I've been returning to Blue Amazon lately and doing some digging.

I ended up using an MP3 ripped from the vinyl. I never did get hold of the Australian version, but Lews has it.

javelin was a tough listen. he needed to shorten the tracks into radio friendly cuts.

No way...it's epic driving music if there ever was any. ;) It subtly builds into each movement with ease and grace like few other albums of its style have.
