As a Jets fan, I thought last year was a huge stepping stone and we were prepared to finally overtake the Pats. But then the PAts went off and did what they did this offseason in grabbing all the guys they did... and well....

still won't beat the colts? did you notice the scoreboard at half time when they played in the AFC championship game? the patriots' defense collapsed, it wasn't like the colts played awesome... and peyton manning still doesn't deserve that MVP award he won in the superbowl...
after seeing that game and the recent betting scandals surrounding tennis, basketball, etc. i wouldn't be surprised if the patriots blew the 2nd half on purpose |

they sure played awesome in the 2nd half last year. sure the pats defense collapsed last year. however, if the colts didn't take advantage, we'd be talking about the pats being the defending super bowl champs

| having said that, it'll be the pats v. colts in the AFC championship game again. sure everyone is picking the chargers to go far, but I just can't see it happening when the chargers "upgraded" their HC from marty to Norv Turner as their HC and got Ted Cotrell as their defensive coordinator |
