Mysterious Wristband Phenomenon Continues...

TA Associated Press, September 8, 2007:
"We have nothing to fear but fear itself," said one TA member who chose not to be identified for reasons of insanity and plagiarism. TA wristbands seem to be taking over the forum, starting in the SF Lovefest thread and spreading into the main forum as well."
TA names in the following statement have been changed to protect the innocent: Zabu-Zabu-Tssaaa-Balla-Du states that "Blue and white crop circles, in striking similarity to the white/blue wristbands have appeared across the nation and in several countries, mostly in farmland growing large amounts of hemp." Most people reporting this phenomenon were near such farmland and had been picking crops earlier in the day, adding to their credibility.
Issa-TA-Lefta, staring into the camera in amazement, said "I read on the forum that a giant blue and white spaceship comes down looking for matching wristbands and then the person disappears." She has personally witnessed this phenomenon, noting that just ordering the wristbands may cause such mysterious disappearance. "Just go to any club and see who's buying them. Five or six hours later, none of them will be there, I mean nobody!" Sheepisha-Grinalot, standing nearby, goes so far as to say "I don't understand why anybody would want one of these things, but it guess it's like smoking, drinking and underwater mixing with Ableton Live...we all take our risks! I'm just glad that nobody can buy these after this Sunday, it has to stop sometime!"
Tew-Mushatimon-Myhanz yawned, saying "I never read any of this in The Onion. I really don't believe any of it," walking away with the familiar blue/white band on her arm, then disappearing into the distance...
