For me "Combo" was one of the most interesting, unpredictable and threatening characters I've seen in a long time. I liked how he wasn't just another "Begbie" like caricature but also revealed some of his softer parts but without them serving as an excuse for his brutal rampages. The final scene with Milky is just breathtaking in its intensity.
