Who and Why are those thread getting shut down?

I'm actually glad there's someone on this board (JC) that actually talks some sense instead of the usual HIP HOP comments.
He's absolutely right. It's a crossover crowd that usually comes to the big events. The formula he's talking about is the same formula I work with every Saturday night at the Queen Mary. They want to hear their Top 40 stuff early on the night, than around 1am, they come up to me and ask me for all their PVD, TIESTO, DEEP DISH, SINCLAIR stuff. It's a lovely crowd that attracts a lot of hot girls!!!

To be honest, what you'll probably hear at this so called "HIP HOP" side of the Vanguard is going to be like what they do Fridays. It's mostly mashups similar to what DJ AM plays, and electro stuff like MSTRKFRT, Justice, stuff like that. You'll hear some hip hop, but only the big hits and only for a tiny bit. It's not that bad. After all, the girls wanna shake their booties before they get rammed!!!! hehehe
