meh, i got bored. maybe i'm just getting sick of the tech/minimal stuff lately. there was a few things that got me excited but then just exited as quickly and left me yearning for more.
maybe it's my mood today (i am hungover) but i didn't find myself captivated as with some of your other sets. it seems to just go... and go... and go... nowhere. and then you arrive at the end and ask yourself "where the am i?"... but there's no answer, just silence. so you try to go back but any point you click on it pretty much blends into the same BLAH of sound.
i'm sorry rob, me no likey, there's no life until basically the last song. maybe i'm just out of the loop. the chicago loop that is... bitches. |

It's ok - I've gotten that from a couple folks so far, which really shocks me a bit because this is the most happy I've been with a mix in a while.
Ah well - you can't win them all, and honestly, this is what I like to play (though I wouldn't quite call any of it "minimal"), and that's probably just because I smoke a lot of pot.
If I were an opening hours/lounge DJ for the rest of my life, I'd be happy.

starts of amazingly emotional... maybe it was such a strong track that nr. 2 kind of made the emotions fade to nowhere...

some kind of minimal/house/tecelec shmuck..or sumtin
maybe there's some tracks that sound very similar and thats why others may not like that much ;)
i want to hear some swooosshhing, some kind of journey...being lifted or thrown to the ground... this is relatively speaking on 1 level the whole time... throw in a variation here or there?
middle of mix is more interesting, sounding ike some guy is dreamin on mushrooms, breathing out colorful bubbles..... uhhh, dont mind me... ;)
nice job, , verry nice intro, after 50 mins gettin into it... ;);) not sure which track it is, but i think HUG -fluteorgie, i really like that track.. nice grungy feel to it |

i didnt really get into it till about 35 minutes in, but from 35-60 min was some serious tunage. |

Alright, there it is - Spliph got exactly what I was going for with this one :)
And I'm really not kidding at all, this is seriously just supposed to be a tripped out, very chill, laid back kind of set - I just don't like to bang it out anymore, it's the weird, trippy, techy, twisted beats with a hint of acid that really get me off.
Thanks to everyone who's given it a listen - I know you guys have all seen very different work from me over the years, and I appreciate that even though some of you don't like where I'm going with it, you still give it a shot :) |

put it on my phone this mornin, took another listen on the way to school on the L.... much more satisfying...!
its creepy, walking down the streets..with 'normal' people..but when listening to this it's like this creature crawling from his hole under the ground.... ;) don't mind me... i think i accidentally ate some of your herbs Rjt |
