Some help regarding GKGG

Hey fellow TAs. If you've seen my posts recently, you know I'll be making the cross-world journey for GKGG this summer. As I'm finalizing my plans right now, I am asking for help from some of you that live near Birmingham and such.
My plans as of now is I leave Birmingham early in the morning of GKGG and head to Stratford (have a hotel there). Then after GKGG, I have to make it back to Heathrow by 1 PM. Now, I'm wondering, what's the best way to get from Birmingham to Stratford and back and the best way to GKGG from Stratford? Also, how far is Stratford from Birmingham as in how much would a taxi cost as I have a train scheduled for now from Birmingham back to Heathrow. My plane tickets are booked but my transportation within the UK is limited. Thanx in advance for any advice. Cheers. |

| well im not from round, but a taxi would con you on GKGG day for a start, and even then i think its v expensive!!! like 30-40 quid |

| How about getting a coach from Birmingham to GG and back again. I'm sure one of the club travel opperators is running coaches like that. |

| I don't know how the coach service works and do you mean rent a car when you say hire? |

There is a coach:
Birmingham £10.50
This will get you to the event in time for the start and will take you back to Birmingham again after the event.

| Yeah, I've checked out those sites too but they're all to be announced and stuff. Thanx for the help though. I'm thinking about just staying in Brum the entire visit in the UK and go from there. How long of a drive, time-wise, is Stratford from Birmingham? |

| I looked at some train times and there's not too good of a time for a train from Stratford to Birmingham to Heathrow by 1 PM... at least I didn't see one. |

Hey ppl, I still need your help regarding this and I have another, more specific question for you people.
What is the best way to get from Stratford to Birmingham without having to take the train? The earliest train is too late for me and I have to be back in Brum by 10AM on the day after GKGG. Any suggestions would be wikkid. Thanx. |
