On a related note the 1 vodka + cran I had at Vanguard tasted like cranberry juice with a cap full of ice water / vodka mix at the top.

I don't know where yours is brewed but ours over here isn't . It's drinkable and tastes fine if mixed with something but if I was having shots then yea, plenty of much better alternatives out there.
Out of the more than 3000 people we get into our bar on a saturday night, I've never had a complaint. If it was that terrible believe me, Aussies are very vocal and would tell you straight up.
I'm not saying it's amazing as it's clearly not, but to say it's absolutely horrible and undrinkable is frankly bull. |
