Edit for Lira: read "L’Œil et l’esprit"/"Eye & Mind" (Merleau-Ponty) if you can. You're the kind of person who will love this book. |
I'm going to look for that, merci :)
Funny that you mention Merleau-Ponty though, because yesterday I bought my girlfriend a book of his:

(criança is enfant in Portuguese)
:) |

Saw it in a kiosk/store once. I'd never heard about the author before.
Suffice to say, I bought it and found a new favourite author :) |

Also, last week I almost bought Feyerabend's "Against Method" because of its cover...

lol, Durkheim and Feyerabend.
Do you have interest in the content at all? its cool stuff. |

Yup, I do. I find philosophy of science fascinating, and Feyerabend's stance is quite interesting, and Durkheim was the author that introduced me to sociology.
You? |

For whatever reason, I always liked this one:
ing fantastic book, too.
ninja: It should also be noted that I'm fascinated by religion and I love muted shades of blue and green. |
