Detroit techno, acid house, dubstep, broken beat, electro, jungle and grime are the big ones. But pretty much anything really.

Before I got into EDM, I grew up on The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, The Eagles, Emerson Lake & Palmer, Styx, The Rollings Stones, etc.
In my early teens, I followed the crowd and did the big haired metal bands such as AC/DC, Motley Crew, Poison, Cinderella, Bon Jovi and such.
Later I returned to my roots and broke out the good music again. I didn't get into EDM until my early 20's when I moved back home from college. Now it's pretty much all I listen to. I'm old, damnit. :(

Right now the only forms of EDM that I'm into are minimal/micro/tech house, occasionally progressive house (but to me this one is mostly dead), and also occasionally deep house.

I love world music. I also listen to some good pop and rock music (ABBA, Genesis, Peter Gabriel, The Killers, Sting etc). I also like reggae, dub, ska. And ambient. and blabla. I like alot of stuff 8)
